1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bpexch pro ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all access and use of the bpexch pro website, mobile application and any related services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and that you accept them without reservation. If you are using the platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

3 Account Registration

One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one account on bpexch pro. If you already hold an account, you may not create a second one. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at the platform's discretion and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts may be voided.

Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any other person. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bpexch pro are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer – standard inter-bank transfers
• Debit and Credit Cards – where supported by your issuing bank

Deposit processing: Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your bpexch pro account within a few minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. bpexch pro does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and any identity verification requirements. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered under the same name as your bpexch pro account.

Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bpexch pro are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules before placing any bet.

Sports betting: Odds for cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football and esports events are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in. bpexch pro reserves the right to suspend or void markets in the event of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, result disputes or any circumstances that make a fair market outcome impossible to determine.

In-play betting: Live betting markets are subject to faster changes in odds and availability. Bets placed during live events will be settled based on the final confirmed result of the relevant outcome. bpexch pro is not responsible for connection delays or interruptions that affect your ability to place or modify a live bet.

Casino and slots: All casino games and slots operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent on every spin or round. Past results have no influence on future outcomes.

Fish games: Fish shooting arcade games are skill-influenced games. Game rules, bullet costs and payout multipliers are displayed within each game before play begins.

• bpexch pro reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has concluded.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Any system errors or technical faults that result in incorrect odds being offered will be investigated and affected bets may be voided at the platform's discretion.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

bpexch pro offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets and event-specific promotions during PSL, T20 tournaments and other major sporting events.

General bonus rules:

• All bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.

7 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicious account activity or patterns consistent with fraud or money laundering.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method following a standard review period.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting player support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Changes to These Terms
